Rasika Batepola, the key person at Crusader Sports & Leisure Tours, has an interesting background of events that has led to his success and the success of the company. An all-around cricket lover, he is a first class cricketer whose track record is highly commendable. He counts 25 years of experience in the cricketing field and he has served in UK and Australia as a professional cricket player and a coach. His passion for cricket and love for his country further led him to “think big” by which Crusader Sports & Leisure Tours became the by-product.
Director Operations
Hisham Salee has earned his name as the operations guy and main contact for sports & leisure tours. His pleasing personality, enthusiasm, knowledge, expertise and creativity is a lead in offering our clients the real sporting experience and unforgettable leisure experiences in Sri Lanka. He is skilled in modern technology and actively contributes to web marketing through social media etc.
Manager Finance
Dilrukshan Fernando is the finance brains behind the management financial decisions. He holds over 25 years of experience in finance management in various companies. He is a quiet personality, but sharp in his analysis and decision making.
Director
Roshan Abeysinghe is a well-known global personality in the field of cricket. He has over 30 years of experience about the game of cricket and is a proven cricket administrator and also the President of Ragama Cricket Club, one of the First Class Clubs in Sri Lanka. He is actively part of international TV and Radio Network’s Commentary Panel being the well-known face & voice during the cricket season. In his career outside of cricket, he is a Professional Marketer in the private sector and his marketing and analytical skills are an asset to Crusader Sports & Leisure Tours.
Director Administration
Tina Perera heads the administration aspect of the company. Her experience and multifaceted personality contributes to overlooking all other functions of the company, including administration and finance. She is a great team player with a pleasing personality, and the binding force of the company.
