After breakfast, continue your journey to Colombo via Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage.

Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage – This orphanage is the home for about 60 elephants, out of which some are baby elephants found abandoned or orphaned in the wild. They are being cared, fed and trained by the wild life authorities. Also you could accompany the elephants to a river close‐by and see them having their daily bath. You’ll enjoy a tasty lunch at a riverside cafe, while the elephants are in full view, enjoying a bath – one of their favorite pastimes.

After breakfast, commence the Colombo City tour with Shopping.

Colombo – Drive through the commercial area of the ‘Fort’, named so because both the Portuguese and Dutch had a Fort at this point. Drive past “Pettah” – a noisy Oriental bazaar with a variety of ancient vehicles, bargains, mosques and temples. Visit the Gangaramaya Temple and continue the tour through the residential area of Cinnamon Gardens and onto Independence Square, also visiting the famous Cricket Shop in Colombo.

In the afternoon, proceed to the match venue.

After breakfast, continue your journey to Hikkaduwa. En route visit Foundation of Goodness community center and donate sports equipment’s and walk around witnessing their community empowerment programs.

Thereafter commence on a Sightseeing Tour (Turtle Hatchery & Madu River Boat Safari), including Lunch.

Turtle Hatchery – Common in this area as being locations where eggs are kept safe from predators and released after hatching for a better chance of survival. Sri Lanka has five breeds of turtles calling it home.

Madu River Boat Safari – a 1-hr Boat Safari around the Madu River which takes you through Mangroves in the area. You will see a variety of fresh-water aquatic life and a variety of birds.
